We’re always striving to improve the choice our diners have when they visit our seafood restaurants so we’ve added a few new dishes which are available at both Mussel Inn restaurants in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
New additions to the menu include:

and spring onions in a ginger chicken broth
Sloe Gin Soaked Salmon
Sloe gin smoked salmon with crispy capers,
classic vinaigrette and brown bread
Grilled Sea Bass fillet served with a chorizo and
butter bean cassoulet with yellow pepper dressing
Chorizo Salad
Grilled chorizo, baby gem, sweet corn and roasted red peppers
topped with crème fraiche
Apple Strudel
Apple, raisins, dark rum and cinnamon in
filo pastry served warm with pouring cream
