Our mussels are grown on ropes in sea lochs on the West of Scotland and the Shetland Isles. They feed naturally in the plankton rich waters. Sustainability and care for the environment are an important part of the natural cultivation skills practised by our growers.

I've been to the Mussel Inn loads of times and never been dissapointed. Actually I once ate there 4 times over two days and felt no ill effects of consuming 2 kilos of mussels per day. If that is not a testament to the shear greatness of this restaurant, then I dont know what is. Love what you do and how you do it.
