Lobster Thermidor, one of the ultimate seafood dishes, is available on request during July and August at both Mussel Inn restaurants in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
This is a limited availability dish and only features on our Catch of the Day board so it’s first come, first served.

People love it and think it’s amazing with many coming back for it again and again which just goes to show that it’s a classic dish for a reason.”

All Lobster Thermidors served at Mussel Inn restaurants are prepared from scratch on the premises using only premium, fresh Scottish lobsters and highest quality ingredients to ensure that we do this classic seafood dish justice.
